The most valuable lesson she has learned from her experience is the importance of having a strong support system for both one’s education and faith life. Her decision in pursing a career in education was influenced by her positive experience as a student at St. Mary, her aunt and Godmother who was a principal, her mother, and a former principal, Laura Enderle. Having a family with several relatives in education, they modeled the significance of a solid faith being paired with career contentment. Mrs. Bremer thoroughly enjoys working with children and finds them amazing. Her job is fulfilling by providing the opportunity to help students learn who they are and what God is calling them to become. Attending Mass, Adoration, Stations of the Cross, and praying while at work, are some benefits she appreciates in her workweek. She describes her career in education at SMS as “truly God centered.” She is passionate about the Cursillo movement in the local area. She enjoys listening to the Benedictines of Mary, Queen of Apostles. Mrs. Bremer likes to spend her leisure time cooking, reading, and playing volleyball. She also enjoys having friends over for visits and spending quality time. Sam A. Baker State Park is a favorite place to visit for her family and during the summertime, she likes to spend time outside doing fun activities with her children. An interesting fact about Mrs. Bremer is that she is a black belt in mixed martial arts. One of her favorite quotes is, “I don’t want my life to be mine, I want it to be Christ’s.” -Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen
